Global Industrie 2025 – Lyon
Between the 11th and 14th of March, Falual Group participated in Global Industrie 2025, in Lyon, France – one of the largest European events dedicated to innovation and industry.
The fair brought together leading companies from the metalworking sector, engineers, decision-makers, and specialists from all over the world to showcase the latest technological solutions and trends of Industry 4.0. As a group focused on innovation and excellence, we seized this opportunity to strengthen relationships, explore new partnerships, and keep up with market developments.

MetalMadrid is one of the best metal fairs in the world, where the latest developments in the industry are presented: machinery, subcontracting, supplies, engineering, materials and treatments, among others.
The Sales department was present, taking advantage of the event to strengthen its ties and involvement with the Spanish market.

Falual Group launches new health and wellness department
Falual Group is reaffirming its commitment to employee well-being by inaugurating a new Health and Wellness Department. This initiative will be available to all three companies in the group, covering more than 250 employees.
Falual Group's management stressed that the creation of this department is a natural and necessary step to reinforce care for employees.
The main objective is to ensure that employees feel supported, not only at work, but also on a personal level. Mental and emotional well-being is fundamental, and having someone to talk to, air problems with and receive professional support from makes all the difference.
This new department will not be limited to psychological support; it will also promote activities and workshops focused on general well-being, such as stress management and mindfulness sessions.
With this new initiative, Falual Group is taking another step towards a future where employee well-being is a priority, promoting a more inclusive and humane corporate culture.
